Double Dragon 2: The Revenge (Dos)

Double Dragon 2: The Revenge (Dos) is a continuation of the arcade Double Dragon - both in the plot and in the gameplay.

The game begins very sadly - despite the fact that at the end of the last part, Marian, Billy's beloved, was saved from the clutches of the Black Warriors, and the villain Willy was defeated, soon the revenge gangsters still killed the girl. Now the brothers Billy and Jimmy, masters of the fighting style Sou-Setsu-Ken, must take revenge on the bastards.

The gameplay as a whole is similar to the first part and differs little from the usual “beat-em-up”, however, the fights have become much more difficult, and now in order to defeat many enemies, one well-aimed blow is no longer enough, you have to figure out which some combination. Other innovations include the appearance of grenades as affordable weapons and traps that complicate the gameplay.

The graphics have improved dramatically, but the "spirit" of the series has not disappeared anywhere, except that the second part itself looks somehow more serious and darker (but this is due to the tragic plot). The verdict - at least not worse, but in many ways and objectively better than the first part, all fans must play.
