In this particular mod, Sky, a blue-haired girl obsessed with Boyfriend, believes he should be with her instead of Girlfriend (the original character's love interest). As a result, she challenges Boyfriend to prove her worth through multiple rhythm battles. This specific mod offers a new high-definition (HD) look to the original FNF vs Sky mod, offering a more polished experience in terms of graphics.

The gameplay remains the same: Players will have to match the arrow symbols that float on the screen with the corresponding keys on their keyboard. Correctly timing the key presses to the rhythm of the song will help players win the game.

The three songs in this mod, namely "Wife Forever," "Sky," and "Manifest," offer players a unique challenge. Just like in the main FNF game, the goal is to ensure the progress bar tilts in the player's favor by the end of the song.
