Once, back in 91, one very original game was born about small animals in blue clothes with green hair. They faithfully went to their own death in a column one at a time, and the players had the task of saving as many lemmings as possible, and these were just lemmings. For this, individual lemmings had to be endowed with one of the proposed skills. The wall stands in the way - let the first pierce it. A pit turned around on the road - we are building a bridge, etc.

The game did not receive much fame, although it was ported to all possible platforms. However, she was lured into her gameplay with her head, and the people who happened to play it caused a very pleasant experience. The Lemmings had quite a few reprints, and one of them was Lemmings 3D.

In principle, these are the very first Lemmings, only in 3D. Accordingly, all the skills of lemmings and control features migrated here: acceleration of time by ten times, dedicated lemming (Hi-Light Lemming), an explosion of all the remaining lemmings and a pause during which you can view the level. The 3D transfer brought with it a new scroll of the map: back and forth, left and right, up and down and in a circle. A new skill, Turner, was added, turning the lemmings column to the left or right.

The interface consists of three elements: the bottom one with skills, the right one with different capabilities and information, and the completely unnecessary mini-map located in the upper left corner of the screen. For all (well, or almost all) buttons on the screen there are hot keys. A new feature has appeared - Virtual Lemming, with the help of which you can "settle" in lemmings, like in Dungeon Keeper, with the only difference that you can’t control its movement, only assign the skill.

Levels of only 100, they are divided into 5 steps of difficulty: Practice, Fun, Tricky, Taxing and Mayhem. Accordingly, on each step there are 20 levels. You can start from any step, and in Practice - even from any level, because this is training. The levels are made in the style of one of 10 worlds: Army, Castle, Circus, Computer, Egypt, Golf, Lemgo, Maze, Space and Sweets.
